I love these four passages, they explain salvation by grace in such a
blunt way. The reception of a righteousness totally separate from our
works...that is to receive Christs righteousness as our own through
faith in His work on the cross, enabling us to enter heaven. (This
principle is explained further in Romans 4).
Yet indeed I also
count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ
Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and
count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not
having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is
through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith. -

16 For God so loved the world that He gave
His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish
but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the
world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be
saved. 18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not
believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of
the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that the
light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than
light, because their deeds were evil....35 The Father loves the Son, and
has given all things into His hand. 36 He who believes in the Son has
everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see
life, but the wrath of God abides on him.” - John 3:16-19 & 35-36
...8That is, the word of faith which we preach: 9 that if you confess
with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has
raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one
believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto
salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will
not be put to shame.”[f] 12 For there is no distinction between Jew and
Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. 13
For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved. - Romans

"21 But now the righteousness of God apart
from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets,
22 even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all
and on all who believe. For there is no difference; 23 for all have
sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified freely by
His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25 whom God
set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate
His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the
sins that were previously committed, 26 to demonstrate at the present
time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the
one who has faith in Jesus. 27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded.
By what law? Of works? No, but by the law of faith. 28 Therefore we
conclude that a man is justified by faith apart from the deeds of the
law. 29 Or is He the God of the Jews only? Is He not also the God of the
Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also, 30 since there is one God who
will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through
faith. 31 Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On
the contrary, we establish the law." - Romans 3:21-31
